Our ceremony will be outdoors. Our reception will be indoors and is climate controlled.
Get ready to dance! We hope everyone will join us on the dance floor throughout the reception.
We would love for our guests to get dressed up for our big day and match our wedding theme together!
We kindly ask guests to join us in dressing in vibrant, summer festive attire (indian or western) to celebrate our Indian Fusion wedding!
Out of respect for cultural customs, we kindly request that guests refrain from wearing white or black.

We have 2 room block at the Marriott IndyPlace Complex (Indianapolis Marriott Downtown and SpringHill Suites Indianapolis) located 30 mins from our ceremony venue and 25 mins from our reception venue.
We will provide transportation between the hotel and both the wedding and reception venues.
We recommend booking your stay under one of our room blocks to take advantage of the special group rate.

Our photographers and videographers are highly skilled and experienced in capturing the beautiful moments from our special day. We kindly request that you avoid using your electronic devices during the wedding ceremony. Our intention is to feature you in our photographs, not your phone. We hope you can be fully present and enjoy every moment of the evening. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Transportation will be provided between the Marriott IndyPlace Complex, ceremony, and reception. Please check the Travel Page for information on transportation timings.
Kindly indicate on your RSVP if you plan to use the provided transportation so we can coordinate accordingly.
For guests not using our provided transportation, free parking is available at both the ceremony and reception venues.
If you plan to leave your car at the reception venue overnight, please make sure to pick it up by noon the following day.
Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are also great options. There will be plenty of availability around our venues.
If you’re planning to enjoy a few drinks, we highly encourage using our transportation or a ride-share service. Better yet—share an Uber with fellow guests and make some new friends along the way!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. Please plan to arrive between 2:30 PM and 2:50 PM. Guests arriving after 2:55 PM will be asked to wait until the processional concludes before being seated.
The ceremony will run from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Cocktail hour will begin at 4:30 PM, followed by dinner and dancing, with the evening wrapping up at 11:00 PM.
Is There a Time Gap Between The Ceremony & Reception?
No time gap! Our transportation will be on standby to take guests directly from the ceremony to the reception.
If you're using your own transportation, please head straight to the Conservatory at Evergreen after the ceremony for the reception.
Cocktails and Hors D'Oeuvres await you! The cocktail hour starts roughly around 4:30 PM, or as soon as guests start arriving.
